Joining the Made in the Shade family has been one of the best decisions we have made! We looked into several other franchises before making our decision. The first time we spoke with a Eddie and Cathy, we knew it was absolutely the right direction to go. As first-time business owners, we wanted to join a company that provided a supportive structure, integrity, and growth mindset. We got SO much more than what we hoped for with Made in the Shade. This group truly feels like family. Cathy is incredible. She is the epitome of true leadership. She doesn’t sit back and hope it all works out, she is present every step of the way. Other owners actively help you gain the tools you need to succeed and genuinely root for your success. It hasn’t always been easy, but we are certain we wouldn’t have had the same experience or results without our MITS family. We are forever grateful to be part of Made in the Shade.
