I worked for a company for 39 years and it was my 2nd family. Unfortunately, owner passed away and the new owner was all about making money and could care less about employees. Long story short, I left the company and was pursuing another window treatment franchise when I came across Made in The Shade. After speaking with the founder Cathy, I realized this group was a big family just like my last job. Made in The Shade has been a blessing and can’t say enough great thing about it.
