I joined the team at MITS shortly after college, and have been pleasantly surprised from the training programs to the leadership.

The experience so far has provided me with ample knowledge and plenty of creative control over how the business is run. Success comes directly from the work and skill I put in, and the growth is shared freely between everyone.

There’s never a question that won’t be answered immediately and working how I want makes anything enjoyable.
