Ed Bozman
Ed brings a unique professional background centered around caring for people and paying close attention to the details that matter. For 15 years, he worked in healthcare as an Assistant Nurse Manager and traveling nurse, developing the ability to listen closely, manage complex situations, and provide a calm, personalized experience. His earlier work as a personal trainer and in the restaurant industry further strengthened his commitment to exceptional customer service.
Jason Hudgens
Jason adds extensive sales, management, and window treatment experience to the team. Before joining Made in the Shade North Canton, he spent two years as a lead sales consultant with Diehl Automotive and four years managing multiple territories for Budget Blinds. Combined with more than 20 years of restaurant management experience, Jason understands both the window covering industry and the importance of making every customer feel valued throughout the entire process.
As Ed explored opportunities to build a local business of his own, Made in the Shade’s mobile showroom model immediately stood out. After connecting with the Home Office team, he found that the brand’s commitment to high-quality products, personalized service, and genuine hospitality closely matched the values he wanted at the center of his business.
Family is a major part of life outside of work for both Ed and Jason. Ed and his wife enjoy spending time with their daughter and two sons, whether they’re hiking Ohio trails, swimming, bowling, playing board games, watching sports and movies, or occasionally getting out on the golf course. Jason also spends as much of his free time as possible with his children, often enjoying games and movies together.
Together, Ed and Jason bring a combination of care, hospitality, industry knowledge, and professional precision to homeowners throughout the North Canton area. We’re excited to have them as part of the Made in the Shade family and look forward to seeing the relationships they build throughout their Northeast Ohio communities.
