Made in the Shade Blinds, and More is excited to welcome Andy and Amanda Krotulski from Aggieland, Texas! These two, like so many of our other owners are an energetic, hard-working addition to the MITS family. They have two children with whom they love camping and spending time outdoors.
Having been a restaurant manager for 10 years, Andy brings with him a certain executive experience demonstrated within the ownership of his MITS franchise. Amanda, however, also comes with a managerial and organizational background, as she was a stay-at-home mom with their two children until they were school-aged and has, for the past five years, been a second grade teacher at a Title I school.
Ready to branch out on their own, when asked what appealed to them most about the MITS franchise opportunity, Andy and Amanda responded, “The opportunity to be our own boss, make more time, and work hard to directly benefit our family.” As many other franchise owners have, they also praised Cathy and expressed their gratitude towards the entire MITS family. “We also love Cathy, because she really cares about her franchise owners. The MITS family has been an amazing fit for us. So many owners love God, serve others, and work hard and help others.”
Now in business for two years, Amanda is working to transition to full-time office and sales, while Andy is moving towards full-time sales and installations. Their goal for this year is to become debt-free!
In the long-term, the Krotulski’s would like to grow their family business so that they “can financially support local charities and community members in need.” Always thinking of others!
