We are proud to introduce Scot and Tammy Bonde as new owners of Made in the Shade Black Hills in Western South Dakota. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, community involvement and drive for success will serve them well in their new business. We are excited for their opportunity and look forward to supporting them as they build their new business.
Scot is no stranger to the industry. He brings almost a decade of sales and installation experience in custom window fashions prior to deciding to start the business with Made in the Shade. Scot also served in the South Dakota Army National Guard for eight years as a combat engineer and heavy equipment specialist.
Tammy enjoyed an accomplished career in the travel industry prior to deciding to devote her time as a stay-at-home mom to raise their two children. She was also a volunteer at an elementary school which lead to a fulltime position as a teaching aid.
What hobbies/interests do you enjoy doing in your free time?
“Scot enjoys racquetball, bicycling and hiking along with taking long walks with the family and our dog. In my free time, to satisfy my creative side, I enjoy pressing flowers that then become beautiful framed art. We both love to meet new people and to spend as much time as possible with our family”.
