Made in the Shade Blinds and More warmly welcomes Todd and Roxane Papora to Team North Carolina! The Papora’s recently purchased a window covering franchise in Lake Norman, North Carolina, about 20 minutes north of uptown Charlotte.
Todd and Roxane join the MITS team with an impressive background in banking, retail, and manufacturing and distribution industries in multiple corporate and family business environments. After evaluating several business opportunities, they gravitated toward Made in the Shade Blinds & More, as decorating homes has always been an intriguing pastime for Roxane. In addition, she knew working with homeowners and helping them create a nice warm home environment would be a consistently rewarding experience. Todd and Roxane now enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and help improve their homes, while always learning something new from great neighbors in Lake Norman and surrounding communities.
When asked about their decision to join Made in the Shade, Roxane commented that the company culture of the Made in the Shade model was quite impressive to her. She especially liked the “family feel” that Cathy Morse, the CEO, and her team exemplified.
The Papora’s immediate business goals are to continue to gain product knowledge of their industry and develop best strategies for growing their new business. Roxane’s ultimate goal is to provide the best products and service to meet her client’s needs and desired outcomes while providing complete satisfaction long after the installation.
During their leisure time, Todd and Roxane enjoy spending time with their family, being outdoors, and relaxing on the patio with a good book!
