Please welcome our newest Franchise to the Made in the Shade Family! Andy Morstatter recently purchased a territory in Kansas City, MO where he resides with his wife Courtney and daughter Emma. In his free time, Andy likes to golf, travel, go on mission trips and spend time with his family. He attended our April training and has already started taking orders and appointments.
As he researched the business, he especially liked the brand package that MITS delivered and was impressed when talking with Doug Brunner and Cathy Morse. Prior to opening his MITS business, Andy owned and operated a medium sized remodeling company, Rock Solid Remodeling, that specialized in kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling. Andy built his remodeling business on quality and integrity and has aligned with the MITS family because they incorporate the same values into their brand and way of doing business.
His business goals are simple: to quickly get to $25,000 a month in gross sales and have 100% client satisfaction. Andy also hopes to grow his team to have a full-time installer and at least 1 other full time, productive sales person on staff in his first year of business. He also plans to expand his territory by the end of his first year in business. In his past, he has spent a fair amount of time away from family due to his work schedule, and is looking forward to creating more time with his family.
