Made in the Shade Blinds and More would like to welcome aboard Sean Hoffman from Katy, TX. It’s no surprise that Sean has chosen to become a MITS owner, as he has had quite a comprehensive career holding positions of leadership in the business world. Sean has worked as a project engineer, a project manager, and even a program manager in the oil and gas industry. Sounds like we’ve got a hard worker, folks!
Sean’s appeal to the Made in the Shade franchise opportunity was a bit more personal, in that he specifically saw the demand for window coverings in his hometown of Katy. Why choose MITS over other similar franchises? Sean was encouraged by the MITS “business model, freedom, and the honesty of the people in the franchise as he (I) worked through the process.”
Sean has some exceptionally ambitious goals for his first year in business. He wants to be sure to learn all the products, as well as, “partner with realtors, electricians, installers, and model home reps. He is also focused on becoming proficient in website marketing, Facebook, Instagram, and blogging. As for sales, Sean is striving to meet his goal of $250, 000…in his first year!
Sean’s long-term business goals are even more aspiring. By having established installers and both administrative and additional sales support, he expects to build his revenue to at least $750,000/year and become known as the “go-to” company for window treatments in Katy, TX.
Sean is a work hard/play hard kind of guy who also enjoys hunting, fishing, watching sports, fantasy football, spending time with his family and taking and selling Disney vacations. Do you ever really stop working, Sean?
